Terms of Service
Clear terms for your account, subscriptions, and the WanderWise affiliate program.
Effective September 17, 2026
Agreement and your account
These Terms of Service govern your use of the WanderWise RV Reports website, app, web portal, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Provide accurate account information, keep it current, safeguard your login, and manage access to your workspace. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Inspection tools and your content
WanderWise helps you document inspections, prepare agreements, and produce reports. Templates and checklists are guidance and may not cover every condition. The service does not replace a competent inspection, professional judgment, or your legal obligations.
AI-generated text, image interpretations, VIN extraction, and transcriptions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and correct automated output before relying on it or sharing a report. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your work.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give WanderWise permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to provide and secure the service, including processing requested AI features and sharing reports as you direct. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload.
Keep copies of important reports. We do not promise indefinite storage. Account deletion and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Prices, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and trial terms are shown when you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable recurring price until cancelled. Cancel through your web billing portal for Stripe purchases, or through the relevant Apple or Google subscription settings for store purchases.
Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access available until the end of the paid period, unless a refund or another stated reason ends access earlier. It does not automatically refund an earlier payment. We provide notice of price or subscription changes as required by law and the applicable payment platform. Free offers are subject to their stated conditions and may change prospectively.
15-day subscription refund policy
For subscriptions purchased through our Stripe web checkout, you can request a refund within 15 days of each successful subscription payment, including a renewal. The window is 15 consecutive 24-hour periods from the payment time. Email support@wanderwiservreports.com using the email address on your account and include the payment date. We use the time your request is received to determine whether it is within the window.
After this window, subscription payments are not refundable under our standard policy, except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access for a refunded period may end when the refund is processed.
Apple and Google purchases follow the respective store’s refund process and policies. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or your ability to raise a dispute with your payment provider. It applies to Stripe payments made on or after September 17, 2026, and does not reduce refund rights previously promised for earlier payments.
Affiliate program: joining and referrals
The affiliate program is free to join through the web portal. No paid WanderWise subscription is required. Verify your email, open Affiliates, accept these affiliate terms, and create your partner account. Live payouts are supported for eligible partners in Canada and the United States who can complete Stripe’s onboarding and verification requirements.
Your partner code and referral link belong to your account. Complete Stripe onboarding using accurate identity, business, tax, and bank information, keep it current, and accept Stripe’s applicable connected account terms. You must be the legitimate account owner and have authority to receive the payments.
A qualifying referral is a new customer attributed to your code when creating their account. A referral link remembers the first valid code for up to 30 days in the same browser. Later visits do not extend that period. A valid code entered by the customer during signup takes precedence. Clearing or blocking browser storage, or changing browsers or devices, can prevent tracking. The program does not automatically add a referral to an existing account.
Affiliate commissions and automatic payments
The standard commission is 30% of each eligible Stripe subscription payment for the life of the referred subscription, including monthly renewals. Commission is calculated on the subscription amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes, and before payment processing fees. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest cent. Apple and Google purchases, free periods, failed or unpaid payments, and refunded amounts do not earn commission.
Each commission normally stays pending for at least 30 days after payment. Eligible commissions are released automatically on the 15th of each month after the hold ends and the underlying funds are verified as available. A payment must have no unresolved refund or dispute that blocks release. You must have accepted the current affiliate terms and have a verified Stripe account ready for payouts.
Stripe transfers commissions to your connected account and automatically pays your bank according to its payout schedule. The release date is not a guaranteed bank arrival date. Insufficient available funds, Stripe requirements, bank failures, risk reviews, or service interruptions can delay payment. We do not create a second commission payment merely because a bank payout fails.
Stripe may convert funds for your bank account. Exchange rates and applicable fees can affect the amount received. Your dashboard shows earnings, adjustments, release estimates, transfers, and available bank payout status. Estimates can change until payment is finalized.
A full refund before release removes the commission; a partial refund reduces it proportionately. Pending refunds and unresolved disputes block the affected commission. A later refund, chargeback, reversal, or accounting correction can reduce previously credited earnings and be offset against future commissions. We may request repayment of an overpayment where legally permitted. The 15-day customer refund policy does not prevent later bank disputes or refunds required by law.
You are responsible for taxes on your affiliate income and for providing required tax information. We or Stripe may report payments or withhold amounts when required by law. Affiliate participation does not create employment, a partnership, or authority to act for WanderWise, and no level of earnings is guaranteed.
Affiliate advertising and prohibited conduct
Clearly disclose your commission relationship wherever you recommend WanderWise or share a referral link. Put a plain-language disclosure close to the recommendation or link, in a format people can notice before acting. For example: “I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” A code or the words “affiliate link” alone may not be sufficient. Follow applicable Canadian and US advertising rules and the rules of the platform you use.
- Make truthful claims based on your experience. Do not promise guaranteed inspection results, savings, or earnings, or imply that you are WanderWise support.
- Do not refer yourself, create duplicate or controlled customer or affiliate accounts to earn commissions, collude on refunds, or use stolen payment details, fabricated signups, or other fraudulent activity.
- Do not insert referral cookies without a person’s deliberate visit, overwrite attribution deceptively, manipulate tracking, or redirect people through misleading links.
- Do not send unlawful unsolicited messages, impersonate our brand, use misleading domains, or collect payment or identity information on our behalf.
You may identify WanderWise and share your assigned link to promote the program accurately. This permission does not transfer ownership of our brand or allow you to alter our marks or present an unofficial page as ours.
Affiliate reviews, changes, and termination
We may investigate suspicious activity and pause referral eligibility or payments while resolving identity, compliance, refund, or fraud concerns. We may remove fraudulent or ineligible commissions and suspend or end participation for a breach of these terms, legal requirements, or misuse of the service. Contact support if you believe a decision or calculation is wrong.
You can leave the program by contacting support. Legitimately accrued commissions remain subject to their existing hold, refund adjustments, verification, and payment requirements. Ending participation does not entitle either party to retain an amount paid or credited in error.
We may change the program prospectively with notice of material changes. New standard rates or referral rules do not retroactively change valid attribution terms already recorded for an existing referred subscription. A separately agreed rate shown in your account governs that referral where applicable. Continuing eligibility remains subject to these terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you are not entitled to use, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage restrictions, or access another person’s account without authorization. We may restrict access to protect the service or address a material breach, subject to applicable law.
WanderWise and its licensors retain rights in the software, templates, branding, and other materials we provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use them as part of the service for your personal or professional work. This does not change your rights in your own content.
Service limitations and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To that same extent, WanderWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights. Third-party payment, hosting, and app store services may also have terms applicable to your use of their services.
Updates and contact
We will date changes on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law. Where affirmative acceptance is required, we will request it. The affiliate terms published with this update are version 2026-09-17-v4.
