What actually belongs in an RV inspection report
A report that holds up needs a cover identifying the unit and the inspector, the VIN-plate data (VIN, GVWR, cargo carrying capacity, axle and tire specs) transcribed correctly, an overall condition summary, and the findings themselves broken out by system instead of dumped into one long paragraph. Each finding needs a photo, a plain description of what's wrong, how serious it is, and what you'd recommend a customer or service department do about it. Leave any one of those out and the report reads like field notes, not a professional inspection. Skip the transcription step and a customer catches the typo in the VIN before you do. Skip the system breakdown and a service writer has to read the whole document just to find the one line about the propane system.
