Image-to-Text Deficiency Documentation
There are numerous physical defects that can occur on an RV, and chances are you will find a number of them on any given RV, whether new or used. Documenting these issues can add up quickly and eat into your billable time. WanderWise RV Reports includes a feature you won't find in any other inspection software that allows you to take a picture of any sort of physical damage or defect on an RV and a detailed explanation of the damage, a severity rating, and your image will be added to the inspection point automatically without you having to pick up a pen or even write a note in the app! This feature can save you countless hours writing tedious inspection notes for issues you can see.
Automated Text Professionalization
As RV inspectors, we spend countless hours writing deficiency notes into our phones and tablets, and after 3+ hours, our notes can unnoticeably become sloppy. With WanderWise RV Reports, you can make sure all your notes are kept 100% professional, and save a massive amount of time at the push of a button. Not only can this feature be used to correct grammar and keep your notes professional for your customers to read, but you can also write semi-incomplete and point-form notes and we will take care of the rest!
Automated Summary Generation
Let's face it, it's time consuming performing an inspection on an RV with all of the things that can go wrong with them. After spending hours writing down and documenting all of the issues, the last thing an inspector wants to do is write an overall assessment. This is where WanderWise RV Reports has you covered! With our automated summary generation, once you've completed your inspection, the app will generate a complete written overall assessment of the condition of the RV in plain English for your customer in a matter of seconds. This is not a simple print out of the list of issues that you wrote down, it's a complete, grammatically correct overall assessment of the RV based on the passing and failing items found during the inspection.
VIN Tag Transposition
With WanderWise VIN tag transposition, there's no need to scan a bar code or a QR code to pull data. Simply take a picture of the RV VIN tag, in any orientation, any manufacturer tag layout/design, and the app will automatically pull all information into the app for future reference for you and your customer without having to spend any time writing it down! This information includes VIN number, GVWR, CCC, manufacture date, axle count, tire size/PSI, make, and model of the RV.
Inspector Collaboration
WanderWise RV Reports allows multiple inspectors to share the same account and perform separate inspections, or even collaborate on the same inspection simultaneously.
Only one subscription is required per account, so if you are a team of inspectors there is no need to purchase a second subscription.
