Introduction
Welcome to WanderWise RV Reports ("WanderWise", "we", "us", "our"). By using our software and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
Use of our Services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Account Registration
To use certain features of WanderWise, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Services Provided
Inspection Templates and Lists
WanderWise provides various inspection templates and lists to assist RV inspectors in documenting issues during inspections. These templates and lists are for guidance only and should not be considered comprehensive.
Text Generation
Our text generation features, including the ability to extract information from VIN tag pictures and generate written issues from images, are intended to assist users in their inspections. Users are responsible for proof-reading any automated features which generate text to ensure accuracy and completeness. WanderWise does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by these features.
Report Generation
Users can create PDF reports of their completed inspections. WanderWise provides tools to assist in the creation of these reports, but the accuracy and completeness of the reports are the responsibility of the user.
Data Storage and Privacy
Data Retention
WanderWise is not responsible for storing inspection data indefinitely. Users are responsible for storing their own reports as they may be periodically cleaned up from our systems.
Firebase Usage
WanderWise uses Firebase as the backend provider for database and image storage. By using our services, you agree to be bound by Firebase's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Firebase also handles all authentication, and user passwords are encrypted and not visible to WanderWise.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Prohibited Activities

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WanderWise does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall WanderWise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.
Free Trials and Offers
All free trials or offers of free service are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed to last indefinitely. WanderWise reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trials or offers of free service at any time without prior notice, especially in the event that the service ceases to exist or if there are any issues with the Firebase backend.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). Your continued use of our services after the revised Terms have become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of these Terms.
